I'm Gingie and I am in team DSG with Darian and Stephanie. We are making a RPG game about the branches of government. We hope to teach people about the branches of government and what they do. In our game your start out as mayor and try to make your way up through governmental "totem pole". If you can pass all the levels you become President. We hope you enjoy.

Civics Engagement.

Prompt: Researching and designing your game has shown you how many different ways the same information can be presented to an audience. Based on your Globaloria game-making experience, how do you feel about the way news and other sources might similarly manipulate information about civics? Do you have any advice for other students who want to seek out reliable media outlets? Please write 4 or more sentences.

The news and other sources don't always give you the truth about things. So you should always try to find a reliable source to get your information. Books are great sources of information. They almost always give you the right info, and its usually easy to find.

DSG

Our project is starting to come along now that we are more experienced in flash. Things are starting to become easier and less confusing. Although we still are having some difficulties with flash and our game, we think we will be able to finish this.

We're progressing slowly but surely. Everything is falling into place. So far everything's good and I think we might get this done.

Learning how do text in flash.

So today i finsih the whole text flash thing, it was pretty easy because the tutorials were awesome and guided you through it. it was easy and i didnt have any trouble publishing it and uploading it to my projects page, it was actually kinda fun! :D

How I feel about Globaloria.

I think this class is going to be a fun learning experience. I hope our game is fun.
